After completing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Department of METU, he got MSc on digital/VLSI design and computer architecture from the University of California Santa Barbara. He worked for engineering companies in the US on embedded software and hardware development. After returning to Turkey, he worked for Aselsan and then Meteksan Savunma on wireless telecommunications. He completed Ph.D. in Electrical-Electronics Department of Bilkent University on Polar Codes. He co-founded ARKE Telekom in 2014 with Barış KARADENİZ. He developed cloud based, near real-time, horizontal scalable big streaming data service applications. He gave consultancy services on wireless waveform design. He continues to work on digital design, embedded software, waveform design, online web services and applications.

Barış received both Bachelor’s and MSc degrees in Electrical and Electronics Department of METU. Starting during his university years and after continuously working for 15 years on every stage and aspect of military waveform projects, he co-founded ARKE Telekom with Saygun ÖNAY. He currently works on networking waveforms, distributed communications protocols, design and implementation of simulation applications. He also provides consultancy services on waveform design to defense sector companies and trains young engineers in his fields of expertise.

Alper received his BS and MS degrees in Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and MA degree in Philosophy from METU. Her worked in Turkish, German and U.S. companies on telecommunications networks, algorithms optimization and simulation, credit risk models, data aggregation and high performance computing. He joined ARKE Telekom in 2022 as a managing partner. He is currently working on communication protocols development, testing and verification as well as software quality and configuration management.

Ezgi received her BS degree from Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at METU. After working some time in banking IT sector, she joined ARKE Telekom. She is working on automotive embedded systems development and simulation.

He started working in the embedded systems while studying at Bilkent University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He joined us after graduating in 2022. He continues to work embedded systems, simulations and waveform development projects.

After graduating from Başkent University Biomedical Engineering Department, he started his master studies on mobile ad hoc networks at Başkent University Computer Engineering. Since 2021, he has worked on UI designs and embedded systems. He joined Arke Telekom in December 2022. He works on simulation and waveform development projects.

He graduated from METU Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. He joined us in 2024 after working freelance in the field of embedded software and desktop software development. He continues to work on embedded systems, simulation and waveform development projects.

He completed his bachelor’s degree as a double major in METU Electrical-Electronics and Computer Engineering Department programs. After graduation, he worked as an embedded software development and software testing engineer. Later, he worked as backend software engineer . He joined Arke Telekom in 2024. He works on embedded software and simulation projects.

He joined us as a candidate engineer while studying at METU Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. He graduated in 2024. He works on digital design and embedded software.
