NATO DIANA March Cluster Week
Arke Telekom participated in the March Cluster week organized by ODTÜ Teknokent Accelerator under the NATO DIANA programme. Running from 23 to 27 March, this intensive week covered a broad range of topics from strategic positioning in the defense market and investor relations to ecosystem networking and field visits.
Throughout the week, comprehensive workshops were held on negotiating with investors, storytelling in the defense market, and go-to-market strategy. Presentation practice sessions conducted before a diverse audience including representatives from the Secretariat of Defense, investors, end users, and marketing experts provided valuable insight into how ArkeLink should be positioned for different stakeholder perspectives. A mentor session attended by representatives from defense primes, the UK and US embassies, and a DIANA evaluator offered a further opportunity to review our go-to-market strategy and stakeholder map through an international lens.
Test Centre Visits
On the final day of the week, test centres in Ankara were visited. As part of these visits, the team travelled to TRTEST in Kalecik, Ankara. Considered the primary test environment for the ArkeLink project, TRTEST stands out for its infrastructure and test capabilities. The visit allowed us to assess the center’s technical facilities and their suitability for ArkeLink’s testing requirements first-hand. The knowledge gained provided significant input into the planning of validation and testing activities in the months ahead.
