NATO DIANA April Cluster Week

Arke Telekom participated in the April Cluster week organised by ODTÜ Teknokent Accelerator under the NATO DIANA programme. Taking place from 20 to 24 April, this intensive week went well beyond technical development — it became a period of meaningful growth for our team both individually and as an organisation.

Throughout the week, workshops were held on critical business development topics including financial planning, leadership, and investor negotiations. Sessions focused on demo practice and presentation skills further sharpened our ability to communicate ArkeLink’s value to the right audiences.

Presentations to Turkish General Staff and Defence Primes

One of the week’s most significant moments was the presentation to representatives of the Turkish General Staff. This session provided a valuable opportunity to evaluate ArkeLink from an end-user perspective and receive direct operational feedback. This was followed by presentations to leading defence companies, opening doors to explore potential collaboration opportunities. These engagements were highly productive in clarifying ArkeLink’s positioning within the ecosystem and building networks for future partnerships.

Scenario Exercise: Field Testing Under Real Conditions

One of the most distinctive events of the week was the scenario-based wargaming exercise. This exercise provided a concrete framework for examining how ArkeLink could be deployed under real operational conditions. We experienced first-hand how ArkeLink could be employed in the field, how it could operate alongside other defence systems, and what value it could deliver in critical scenarios. The exercise both enriched our product development perspective and deepened our connection to operational reality.
