After completing his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU), he earned an M.Sc. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, specializing in digital/VLSI design and computer architecture. He worked in the United States for engineering companies on digital design and embedded hardware/software development. After returning to Turkey, he worked at ASELSAN and later at Meteksan Savunma in the field of wireless communications. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University, focusing on Polar Codes under the guidance of its inventor Prof. Dr. ERDAL ARIKAN. In 2014, he co-founded ARKE Telekom with Barış Karadeniz. He developed cloud-based, near real-time, horizontally scalable big-data streaming service applications and provided consultancy on wireless waveform design. He continues to work on digital design, embedded software, waveform design, and online web services applications.

Barış received both Bachelor’s and MSc degrees in Electrical and Electronics Department of METU. Starting during his university years and after continuously working for 15 years on every stage and aspect of military waveform projects, he co-founded ARKE Telekom with Saygun ÖNAY. He currently works on networking waveforms, distributed communications protocols, design and implementation of simulation applications. He also provides consultancy services on waveform design to defense sector companies and trains young engineers in his fields of expertise.

Alper received his BS and MS degrees in Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and MA degree in Philosophy from METU. Her worked in Turkish, German and U.S. companies on telecommunications networks, algorithms optimization and simulation, credit risk models, data aggregation and high performance computing. He joined ARKE Telekom in 2022 as a managing partner. He is currently working on communication protocols development, testing and verification as well as software quality and configuration management.

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department of Bilkent University in Turkey he was awarded a MSc degree in computer architecture and computer networks from the University of California Santa Barbara. He started his engineering career in the US in communication engineering and embedded systems. He continued to work in Turkey, the UK, Belgium and Ukraine in roles such as technical and project manager, marketing and product manager, sales and business development director. In general he worked in military communications, electronic warfare and radars, targeting and weapons control avionics systems. He received an Executive Master’s in Management degree from Solvay Brussels Business School. After an exit from a technology startup in flight safety critical avionics embedded systems where he served as the coordinator for all commercial and program activities Mehmet served as an independent managing consultant to multiple defense industry majors. He joined Arke Telekom in 2025.

Ezgi received her BS degree from Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at METU. After working some time in banking IT sector, she joined ARKE Telekom. She is working on automotive embedded systems development and simulation.

He started working in the embedded systems while studying at Bilkent University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He joined us after graduating in 2022. He continues to work embedded systems, simulations and waveform development projects.

After graduating from Başkent University Biomedical Engineering Department, he started his master studies on mobile ad hoc networks at Başkent University Computer Engineering. Since 2021, he has worked on UI designs and embedded systems. He joined Arke Telekom in December 2022. He works on simulation and waveform development projects.
